Located in Dakota City, this facility serves as the central hub for administrative and correctional operations. Here, residents can access services such as records requests, permits, vehicle inspections, and court-related functions. The Corrections Center (jail) and house arrest program are also managed from this location, along with warrant processing, paper service, and specialized units such as K-9 patrol. This office supports the daily operations of the Sheriff and deputies while coordinating closely with the court system.

Staffed 24 hours a day, this facility handles all 911 emergency calls and dispatches law enforcement and emergency services throughout the county. In addition to dispatch, the center provides public-facing services during regular business hours and serves as a key operational base for deputies in the field.
